Filter Plate

The filter plate is the core filtering element of a filter press. Differences in the material, form, and quality of the filter plate will directly affect the filtering performance of the entire machine. Its feed diameter and the distribution of filtering points (the filtering channels and the water outlet channels) have different design schemes for different materials.

The filter plates of the "Jingwang" brand are made of imported TPE elastomer and high-strength polypropylene. This enables the filter plates to possess both the characteristics of rubber filter plates and the toughness and rigidity of polypropylene filter plates, resulting in better sealing performance when the filter plates are tightened. All technical indicators of the Jingwang filter plates are produced in accordance with EU standards. The maximum diaphragm pressure of the "Jingwang" brand polypropylene high-pressure filter plates can reach 4.0 Mpa.
