The Petroleum-Specific Filter Press has advantages such as corrosion resistance, high hardness, high tensile strength, and good impact resistance. After undergoing overpressure testing, the safety factor reaches 2.2 times, ensuring safe and stable operation. It meets the requirements for high-pressure filter plates and completely resolves the issue of deformation in the main beam of the filter press.

The main beam is made of Q345 bridge steel, welded with large automatic submerged arc welding machines. It undergoes high-speed airflow sandblasting treatment for rust removal to Sa 3 level. The rail tracks are coated with 304L stainless steel.

The frame surface treatment involves processes like oil removal using emulsified oil cleaners, rust removal via high-speed airflow sandblasting, and Sa 3 level sandblasting to remove surface defects and improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating. An epoxy anti-corrosion primer is applied, followed by an epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion topcoat to achieve resistance to strong acids.
