Technical Features

The diaphragm filter press utilizes advanced filtration technology. This machine is primarily used to reduce the moisture content of materials, improving the solid content by 8% to 35%.

Washes liquid impurities from the filter cake, improving the purity of the solid components in the filter residue.

Washes valuable components or removes harmful impurities from the extracted filter cake.

Washes the solution in the filter cake, improving the filtrate recovery rate.

The diaphragm filter plates offer two pressing options: air pressure or water pressure, with a pressing pressure range of 0.5-1.0 MPa.

The frame employs hydraulic pressing, automatic control, automatic pressure maintenance, and program-controlled functions. All actions can be performed by simply controlling the buttons on the electric control cabinet. The machine is equipped with safety devices to ensure safe operation.
