250 Manual Filter Press

The manual filter press is a type of intermittent pressure filtration equipment used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. It offers good separation performance, is easy to use, and is widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, dyes, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, papermaking, and wastewater treatment, where solid-liquid separation is needed. It is suitable for small-scale filtration industries and generally operates at lower pressures, with the filtration pressure being less than 0.4 MPa.

The filter press is mainly composed of three parts: the frame, the filtration part, and the pressure-tightening device. During operation, the handwheel is rotated, which drives the small gears and large gears, pushing the screw to move the pressure plate. This presses the filter plates and filtering media (filter cloth) between the pressure plate and the thrust plate to ensure that the material to be filtered (slurry) is pressurized and filtered inside the filter chamber.

Frame: The frame forms the base of the filter press, supporting the filtration mechanism and connecting other components. It mainly consists of the thrust plate, pressure plate, pressing section, and main beam.

Filtration Section: Composed of filter plates arranged in a specific sequence on the main beam, and the filtering medium (filter cloth) placed between the filter plates, forming individual filtration units (filter chambers).

Pressure Section: This is the power device of the filter press, and its main components include the small gears, large gears, and screw. The overall structure is reasonably designed, with stable and reliable performance, simple operation, easy maintenance, and a wide range of applications. It is an ideal device for solid-liquid separation of suspensions.
