1.When the mud is too thick or there are dry blocks left,the supply port is blocked.At this time,there is no medium between the filter plates,only the pressure of the hydraulic system itself,and the plate itself is easily damaged by long-term pressure.

Second,when the supply is insufficient or contains improperly supplied solid particles,it will also be damaged due to excessive force of the board itself.

3.If the oil outlet is blocked by solids or the supply valve or discharge valve is closed during startup,the pressure will not leak and cause damage.

4.When the filter is not cleaned,the medium may leak sometimes.Once the medium leaks,the edge of the wooden board will be washed out of the small ditch.The large amount of leakage of the medium will make it impossible to increase the pressure and form a soil cake.

Solution to the problem:

1.Use a nylon cleaning scraper to remove the mud at the feed inlet

2.Complete this cycle and reduce the volume of the filter plate of the filter press.

3.Check the filter cloth of the filter press,clean the drain outlet,check the outlet,open the corresponding valve and release the pressure.

4.Clean the filter plate carefully and repair the high-pressure diaphragm filter plate.

Storage capacity of program-controlled automatic high-pressure diaphragm filter press equipment
